Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus →
I made this a few days ago and it tasted AMAZING. I went easy on the olive oil and tahini and mashed the chickpeas by hand rather than with a food processor—the result was a drier, fresher, denser hummus—more like chickpea dip. So good with tortilla chips!
